Requirements
The following prerequisites are recommended, but not mandatory:
CompTIA A+ certification and at least 9-12 months of practical experience working as a junior network administrator/network support technician
Experience with the Windows desktop environment (Windows 2000, XP, Vista)

Understand security concepts and network attacks to protect networks against threats.
5.0 Network Troubleshooting
Explain the troubleshooting method and address common issues related to networks, including cable, connection, and software problems.
