Overview
In this CompTIA A+ intensive course, you will gain hardware and software skills including:
diagnosing and resolving common software, hardware, or connectivity issues remotely, as well as advancing core technologies from cloud virtualization and IoT device security to data management and scripting - the core competencies required for the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and securing of networks in any environment.
Acquire a broad range of technical and practical skills expected of a Computer Support Professional.
CompTIA A+ is compliant with the ISO 17024 standards and is approved by the U.S. Department of Defense to meet the requirements of directive 8140.03M.
** At the end of the course, each participant is free to take the CompTIA Certified A+ Certification Training (A+) exam directly at their own Schönbrunn TASC testing center.
Requirements
Participants in the CompTIA A+ certification should meet the following prerequisites:
9-12 months of professional experience
Experience in building a computer and installing devices under Windows
Operating systems experience with setting up devices under Windows OS
Knowledge of home networks (ISP connection) and Windows desktop environments

Quick and efficient troubleshooting of real device and network problems.
6.0 Operating Systems
Installation and support of Windows operating systems, including command line and client support, system configuration imaging, and troubleshooting for Mac OS, Chrome OS, Android, and Linux OS.

Identify and protect against security vulnerabilities for devices and their network connections.
